1. Role of Double J Global

Double J Global Pte. Ltd. ("Double J", "we", "our") acts as the Merchant of Record for all customer transactions on this platform. When you purchase from our platform, you are transacting directly with Double J Global.

We are contractually responsible for accepting customer payments, issuing service credits, and handling refund or dispute requests in accordance with applicable laws and our payment processor's terms.

2. Nature of Digital Credits

Purchases on the platform result in the issuance of non-refundable, non-transferable service credits. These credits are redeemable solely for digital services offered by our platform partners and do not hold cash value.

3. Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You will see "Double J Global" as the billing descriptor. Double J Global is the sole beneficiary of the transaction and is responsible for order confirmation and credit delivery.

4. Product Fulfillment

While Double J manages the payment and issuance of service credits, the actual fulfillment of services or goods may be carried out by authorized platform partners. Double J does not act as a payment aggregator and does not process payments on behalf of third-party merchants.

5. Refunds

6. Compliance Obligations

By transacting with Double J Global, you agree that we may collect information necessary for Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) compliance as required by our financial partners.

7. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms and all transactions shall be governed under the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

8. Data Collection & Privacy

Double J collects customer data strictly for transaction processing, AML/KYC compliance, and legal obligations. We do not share personal data with unaffiliated third parties except as required by law or payment processors.

9. Note on Platform Services

Double J acts independently as the Merchant of Record and is not a payment aggregator or facilitator for third-party merchants. Services fulfilled by partnered platforms are offered under their own responsibility and terms.
